'Frozen' animator launches ASL learning app

A talented artist/animator named Josh Staub created an app called Small Talk ASL. It’s a completely free & interactive app featuring a fully animated deaf character named Oscar who teaches ASL.

The app, created in collaboration with Deaf and hard-of-hearing animators, covers roughly 200 basic words and conversational phrases, making it an engaging and accessible tool for beginners.
